PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear projection screen in which both a lenticular lens sheet and a Fresnel lens sheet are attached to a frame by a simple structure and the image quality deterioration of a displayed picture is hardly caused even by an environmental change. SOLUTION: The lenticular lens sheet 2 having a lens in an up-and-down direction is laid over a rigid Fresnel lens sheet 4, and is attached to the frame 6 through a first reinforcing material attached at the upper side part of the lens sheet 2 and the upper side part of the lens sheet 4. A compression spring 10 imparting tension in a right-and-left direction to the lens sheet 2 is arranged between a second reinforcing material 3b' attached at the left side part of the lens sheet 2 and the left side part of the frame 6. The upper side part of the lens sheet 2 is locked so that the first reinforcing material is made movable in the right-and-left direction on the upper side part of the lens sheet 4, and the lens sheet 4 is locked so as to be movable in the right-and-left direction at the upper side part of the frame 6 through a reinforcing material.
