PURPOSE:To provide the subject emulsion which is a processed food produced from a spawned salmon run up a river and having a high protein content and a low calorie by compounding the ground product of the salmon with the cut blocks of the salmon in a specific ratio, mixing the compounded product with the minced meat of a chicken, etc., adding a prescribed ingredient to the mixture, and further mixing the mixture with a miso (salted and fermented soybean) for seasoning. CONSTITUTION:The ground product of a salmon is mixed with the about 1cm size square cuts of the salmon in a ratio of 7:3. The mixture is mixed with minced chicken and minced lard, with prescribed ingredients [e.g. bread flour, onion, OBA (a leaf vegetable)], a seasoning (e.g. soy sauce), a spice, etc., and further with a seasoning miso to provide the objective emulsion. |
