PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump apparatus combined use hot water storage electric warm water apparatus capable of effectively boiling hot water in the case where a heat pump apparatus is constructed utilizing an air conditioner. SOLUTION: A heat pump apparatus HP that utilizes an air conditioner 24 is employed. A control device 37 controls heating of water in a heat storage tank 2 with the aid of a heater 9 and heating of water in the hot water storage tank 2 with the aid of the heat pump apparatus HP. The control device executes boiling operation where electric power is supplied to the heater 9 in a midnight electric power time zone to boil water in the hot water storage tank 2, and executes additional burning operation where when the boiling operation is not executed and when the additional boiling is set, electric power is supplied to the heater 9 to additionally boil the hot water in the hot water storage tank 2, and further executes heat pump heating operation where when the boiling operation is not executed and when at least the air conditioner executes cooling operation, a pump of the heat pump apparatus is operated prior to the additional boiling operation to heat the hot water in the hot water storage tank. |
