Dispensing device which includes a non-air-uptaking pump (101) connected to a deformable bag, preferably a bellows (104), the deformable bag being contained in a rigid enclosure (103). In order to prevent the pump (101) from being drained, should the bag (104) be accidentally inflated, a non-return member (105) is fixed to the bottom of the bag (104), this non-return member being driven by the bag (104) towards the pump (101) when the said bag (104) contracts but not being able to return back into its initial position. The non-return member (105) bears, by means of its peripheral rim, on the inner wall of the rigid enclosure (103) in such a way that bracing occurs for any movement which shifts the said member (105) away from the pump (101). <IMAGE>
