PURPOSE:To allow a production process scheduling system for manufacture or the like to automatically correct a shear between a schedule and its record of performance without using manual operation. CONSTITUTION:A schedule is planned (S13) from inputted ordering data (S12) and knowledge stored in a knowledge base by means of an inference engine and a production command is outputted (S11) to a corresponding process in accordance with the schedule. After working, a production record is inputted (S15) from the corresponding process, and if the correction of the schedule is required due to the generation of a shear from the record, an expert system automatically and efficiently correct the shear by means of the knowledge stored in the knowledge base. |
