A gearing arrangement for driving a photo-sensitive drum 28 of an electro-photography process unit comprises a first drum gear 28a mounted on one end of a shaft of a photo-sensitive drum 28 for receiving the motion of a drive gear 50 of a motor, a second drum gear 28c mounted on the other end of the shaft of the photo-sensitive drum 28, a first gearing means 70 connected with the first drum gear 28a, and a second gearing means 60 connected with the second drum gear 28c, wherein the first and second gearing means 70, 60 serve to uniformly distribute the torque of the drive gear 50. <IMAGE>
