PURPOSE:To obtain the subject structure having a uniform dispersion state of a resin component and a sufficient wet web strength by enclosing and binding a powdery thermosetting phenolic resin in a flocculated state to entangled parts of a fiber material. CONSTITUTION:The objective structure is obtained by enclosing and binding a powdery thermosetting phenolic resin 1 in a flocculated state to entangled parts 3 of a fiber material 2 such as glass or polyamide fiber. This structure is extremely suitable as a material for molding.
