PURPOSE:To suppress the omission of the image information as much as possible when the reduced print processing is carried out at the receiver side with a facsimile equipment. CONSTITUTION:The image data L are superposed on each other by an extent equal to the prescribed number of lines and printed every time the data L equal to one line are fetched. In regard of the print processing of the data L, the image data SP to be printed are thinned for each picture element in accordance with the reduction ratio set previously. Thus the new reduced image data SS are obtained and then printed. In such a way, the reduced print processing is attained. |
