A welding and cutting equipment for a cold rolled coil which can perform a smooth operation in a subsequent process, reduces waste of an expensive raw material, and can improve the quality of weldments by semi-automatically performing a process of cutting top and rear ends of preceding and following cold rolled coils and a process of welding the cut top and rear ends of the preceding and following cold rolled coils is provided. A welding and cutting equipment for a cold rolled coil comprises: a body(11) in which a liftable and lowerable cylinder(10) is installed; a first fixing means which includes a die(31), a stripper(32) and an elastic member(34), and presses and supports a coil(14) flown in through an injection port; a cutter(15) straightly cutting a front end of the coil fixed by the first fixing means; a second fixing means which is mounted on an upper side of the cutter, and presses and supports the coil to weld the cut front end of the coil; a drive motor(16); a block(18) reciprocated in a state that the block is supported by a belt moved in a track motion by the drive motor; and a welder(19) fixed to the block and reciprocated during driving of the belt to weld the coil front end fixed by the second fixing means, wherein the second fixing means includes a pair of upper fixing plates(21), a lower moving plate(24), and a pair of coil fixing cylinders(25).
