spinneret's main body of Hastelloy or Hastelloy alloy plate which has space portion (1) and the shape of which hole be capillary profile (9); tantalum of thickness of 0.4-1.1 mm which has orifices of L/D above 2, of diameter of 0.04-0.13 mm, and of inlet angle of their upper edge within 45≦̸, and which is melt-fused under the main body; and nitrated layer of high-hardness of above HV 300 which is formed on the exit side of tantalum spinneret. The spinneret improves anti-corrosive property, abrasion-resistance and pressure-resistance, as well as the fiber's physical property and spinnability.
