PURPOSE:To eliminate a fear of bending and to improve certainty of a detecting operation by employing a detecting piece having springiness without using a detecting pin to be dynamically driven upon insertion of a lead in detecting means. CONSTITUTION:Detecting means 58 are arranged correspondingly on all leads 11b, and have detecting pieces 59b which can be independently pressed by the inserted leads, are electrically conductive with each other and have springiness/ Further, it has contact inspecting means 61, 62 for detecting contact states of all the pieces 59b with corresponding patterns 60b in non-insertion or insertion states of electronic components 11. Since not a detecting pin but the piece 59b formed in an arch state and having springiness is employed as an object to be pressed by the lead 11b, the pieces 59b are not apprehended to be bent in the detecting operation, but a certainty of the detecting operation can be improved. |
