PURPOSE:To attain conference talking by utilizing effectively a resource of a digital exchange without provision of a special trunk. CONSTITUTION:One incoming channel 17U and plural outgoing channels 17D are provided between each subscriber circuit 11 and a network 12, each subscriber circuit is provided with an adder circuit 111 adding a transmission voice signal of other subscriber reached from the plural outgoing channels and using the sum as a received voice signal for its own subscriber, a conference talking among plural subscribers is attained by connecting the incoming channel from each subscriber circuit to the plural other subscriber circuits multiply in the network and a music reproduced from a music reproducing device 16 is added to the transmission voice signal from the other subscriber to superimpose the music onto the talking signal.
