Suspension device for tracked vehicle (5) comprising, under each lower frame side member (10), at least one arm (12), one of the ends thereof being rotatably mounted to a horizontal pivot (14). The arm supports at least one roller (18), a serie of rollers in tandem or side pairs of rollers arranged in tandem, the tandem arrangement(s) also being capable of pivoting at their centre from the front to the rear. The arm (12) is connected to the chassis frame (10) by means of an air cushion (30), the inner pressure of the latter being controlled according to the load and/or the obstacles encountered so as to continually bring the arm to a position substantially parallel to the chassis frame's horizontal line.
