PURPOSE:To eliminate the impedance mismatching by an input impedance adjusting means provided at a tip part where a signal is transmitted to other route in the long wiring route of a basic bus line. CONSTITUTION:In a semiconductor integrated circuit where a logic operation is a main purpose, the circuit has a basic bus line 2 of the inside of the semiconductor integrated circuit having a long wiring transmitting a digital signal and input impedance adjusting means 4 to 7 having input impedance matched with the characteristic impedance of the basic bus line 2, and the circuit is provided with buffer devices 1, 3 preventing the derivation of the reflected wave of a signal when the signal is transmitted from the basic bus line 2 to other route. |
