The slider rail (3) is pivoted (2) at the rear end to the guides (1), so as to run parallel with ground. A lifter tube (5) inclined downwards in the direction to travel, is pivoted at its rear end to a double coupler (7), and attached to the upper guide rail. At the other end (9) it is hinged to a skid (8). The slider rail is weighted down by a weight (4) and spring, and it is bent upwards at the forward end. An impact limiter (10) is fitted between guide and slide rails, and between lifter tube and slide rail.
