PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a water tank including a concrete wall body panel is provided to attach and weld a fixing plate to an inner wall closely to a wall body panel as possible. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a water tank including a concrete wall body panel comprises the following steps: forming an anchor space on the inner surface of a wall body panel(10) toward the outside; filling a liquid adhesive in the anchor space; inserting the outer end of an anchor into the anchor space for attaching the anchor to the adhesive and fixing the anchor to the wall body panel; fitting a fixing plate(30) to the inner end of the anchor before welding; cutting the inner end of the anchor projected to the inside of the fixing plate; and welding and fixing an inner wall(40) to the fixing plate.
