<p>A clamping fixture including a chuck for detachably locating a workpiece pallet is provided to determine whether all clamping members are accurately disassembled or not by sensing the flow of compressed air inside connecting conduit. A clamping fixture including a chuck for detachably locating a workpiece pallet comprises a coupling mechanism. The coupling mechanism comprises a plurality of clamping members(5) contacted with the workpiece palette or a clamping surface(31) to fix the workpiece palette on the chuck. One or more clamping members comprises a joint pin(10) having a supply through-hole(8,8a) closed in one end in coupling and releasing clamping members.
