<p>PURPOSE:To enable easy determination of the precision in operation of the turbine efficiency of a condensing turbine wherein the state point turbine outlet steam is in a wet stage and also to enable easy selection of a operated value of the turbine efficiency of which the reliability is determined to be high. CONSTITUTION:In regard to an operated value of turbine efficiency among data on the performance of a plant, a reliability operating means 29 for operating the reliability of the operated value and a reliability data adding means 30 for adding the reliability computed by the reliability operating means 29, as reliability data, to the data on the performance of the plant are provided. The data on the performance of the plant and the reliability data added thereto are stored as plant history data.</p> |
