PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a fishing rod excellent in the appearance and collapse strength by disposing a cylindrical jig on a mandrel, doubly winding specific fiber-reinforced prepregs, taping the product and subsequently thermally curing the taped product. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical jig having a swelling part-forming section and deformed or contracted in the inner direction is disposed on a mandrel. A synthetic resin-impregnated fiber-reinforced prepreg for forming the swelling part is wound on the swelling part-forming section of the cylindrical jig, and further a synthetic resin-impregnated fiber-reinforced prepreg is wound on the wound cylindrical jig. The doubly wound jig is taped with a binding tape and thermally cured to obtain the objective fishing rod. |
