<p>PURPOSE:To prevent deviation from regularity in the movement of a mobile body and also improve its durability by making a plurality of holes in the covering material with which a wire rod is covered along the longitudinal direction thereof when the wire rod is connected to the mobile body. CONSTITUTION:The form of a feeder cable 44 connected to a mobile body and a fixed body is flatted like a band in a rectangular direction to a scanning direction, and a feeder 53 as a wire rod is arranged at both ends and also covered with a covering material 54. A plurality of holes 55 are made in the portion of the covering material 54 in the longitudinal direction. The firmness of the cable 44 is decreased thereby and the resistance or scratching of the cable 44 are reduced so that the movement of the mobile body is improved and also its speed becomes high and as ventilation is not prevented, irradiation of heat is facilitated. Moreover, it is possible to prevent disconnection of the wire rod by chamfering the corner portions 56 of the wholes 55 so as to make them into round holes and arranging them in zigzag to disperse binding stress.</p> |
