Dosing and feed device for glue - has turnable glue application roller with double-sided counter profile projecting into slotted feed tube

The device has a turnable glue-supplying profiled roller (2) projecting its complete working width into the glue feed aperture. It may have a counter profile (5, 6) on both sides, at any angle relative to the central axis, to enclose the glue air-tight. The counter profiles are displaceable about a distance, which corresponds to the amount of glue taken by the roller from the feed aperture. Glue supply is via a tube (10), which projects into a slotted tube (30) and into the feed aperture. The tube is displaceable and the feed aperture is adjustable to the volume of glue required and the application speed. USE/ADVANTAGE - The device is for use for viscous mediums and glues, esp. for profile and dovetail gluing. Min. glue residue, automatic glue supply, reduced drying time.
