<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate improvement of the handeability and the cassette control and to make it handleable as if one cassette is handled by grasping a video recording state of plural cassettes, performing a cassette research at a reproducing time, and recognizing the residual quantity of the tape at a recording time. CONSTITUTION:A system control part 401 and an exchange device control circuit 406 drive cartridge 201 capable of mounting plural cassettes, and the specified cassette can be transferred to a loading position 101. A storage means 405 stores by linking the cassette information of plural items such as a cassette address on the cartridge 201, data information, and time information. The position detection device 407 searches the cassette corresponding to this item by inputting at least one (a first item) among the above-mentioned items at the searching time, but the system control means 401 makes a device 404 display so as to request the input of another second item, if the plural similar items are present on, and the cassette address is decided with a total condition of the second item and the first item, and the cassette is transferred to a loading position.</p> |
