PURPOSE:To reduce labor of a helper for day care of an old person etc., by providing capability of performing movement of the person between his bed and a bathtub etc., change of clothes onb the bed etc., or the like very simply. CONSTITUTION:The body 1 of a day care device with a bed 2 and bathtub 3 laid in line is furnished with an endless conveyor whose carrier side passes over them and return side under them, wherein the conveyor is equipped with a tension adjusting mechanism to change the tension of the conveyor, place a placing part on the bed 2, and sink or elevate into/from the bathtub. The endless conveyor is fitted with a driving means to allow placing part for the person to be day cared furnished at the conveyor to make reciprocation on the carrier side.
