<p>PURPOSE:To provide an intake air quantity detecting device capable of preventing the occurrence of the measurement error caused by the fitting state of detecting elements. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detecting element 4 having a temperature detecting resistor 4b and a flow velocity detecting element 5 having a flow velocity detecting resistor 4b are fitted on a fitting body in a holder 2 arranged in an intake passage. A conducting pattern is fixed on the fitting body 3, and the temperature detecting resistor 4b and the flow velocity resistor 5b are fixed on boards 4a, 5a respectively. Both end sections of the detecting resistors 4b, 5b of the detecting elements 4, 5 are fixed on the conducting pattern on the fitting body 3 via a pair of conducting support members 7e, 7e. A conducting support member 7 is integrally formed with a metal, it is fixed on the conducting pattern of the fitting body 3, then an intermediate section 7c is cut and removed.</p> |
