<p>PURPOSE:To provide a new monoclonal antibody useful for the separation and purification of a human lipoprotein-bound coagulation system inhibitor. CONSTITUTION:A monoclonal antibody (IgG) recognizing and binding to a polypeptide of formula which is an amino acid sequence of the third Coonitz site from the N-terminal of a lipoprotein-bound coagulation system inhibitor. It can be produced by immunizing a mouse with a partial synthetic peptide of formula, fusing the splenocyte of the mouse to a mouse myeloma cell and purifying a product produced by the obtained hybridoma cell.</p> |
