摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a gas laser tube which is inexpensive, highly reliable, and suitable for mass production, by adjusting the loss of oscillated light by externally moving the insertion angle of a glass plate, and by converging the dispersion of the output values. CONSTITUTION:An outside housing 1 and a mirror 2 are connected by a metal support 4, flanges 4'-4''' are provided on the support 4, and a glass plate 5 is arranged in the support 4. While, the outside housing 1 and the mirror 3 are connected by a thin glass pipe 6, and an anode pin 7 is attached in the middle of the thin pipe 6. A cathode pin 8 which is located at the end of the outside housing 1 is connected to a cathode 9. A specified voltage is applied across the anode pin 7 and the cathode pin 8, and the laser tube is discharged, thereby a laser light 10 is emitted. In this case, the output value of the laser light 10 varies depending on the insertion angle of the glass plate 5 and the dispersion in the values of other parts. If the insertion angle of the plate 5 is adjusted by moving the flanges 4' and 4''' with pincers, the desired value can be obtained. The misalignment caused in the mirrors 2 and 3 is adjusted by the flange 4' and 4'' and the pincers. Thus, the mass production can be easily carried out by making it possible to adjust the insertion angle of the plate 5 from the outside.
