The gathered-up curtain has a hollow winder-shaft (100) with attachments for the ends of pull-cords (150) and with holes (12) into which tightly fit elastic fixture-inserts (13) joined to the pull-cord ends. The inserts (13) have a preferably cylindrical main part (13a) with a cover (13b) sticking out over the edge of the holes, and a pref. central hole (13c) through which the pull-cord end with its thick part (14) goes. The shaft has a lengthwise groove in the bottom surface of which are holes holding stopper-shaped moulded pieces the upper surface of whose heads leads continuously into the plane formed by the shaft periphery.
