<p>PURPOSE:To obtain excellent picture showing good transparency and color mixing property by using a toner containing colorant particles in a dispersion state corresponding to the particle diameter of a resin emulsion having <0.4mum particle diameter. CONSTITUTION:In the process of forming picture, a developer is supplied to an image carrier on which electrostatic latent images are formed to develop the electrostatic latent images, the toner used is obtd. by suspention or emulsification polymn. of a monomer mixture containing at least a resin emulsion, polymerizable monomers and colorant in water-base soln.
