<p>PURPOSE:To stably travel a tape by forming a frame-shaped pedestal with plural longitudinal frames and horizontal frames, supporting a magnetic head inside of the pedestal and forming a guiding part guiding the magnetic tape to the horizontal frames. CONSTITUTION:The azimuth and the height of a magnetic head combination body 8 are adjusted by adjusting screws 11a and 11b using a projection 10 of the pedestal 1 composing of horizontal frames 2 and 4 and longitudinal frames 3a and 3b. Next, projecting and horizontal are adjusted by the clearance of the adjusting holes 13a to 13d of the frame 2 and 4, and also, the relative position of the guides 3a and 3b and the combination body 8 is adjusted by the clearance between the fixed screws 5a to 5d and the frames 2 and 4. Thereafter, the mechanism is attached to the tape recorder by using screw means. Consequently, the adjustment of position at the time of assembling the recorder is eliminated and the magnetic tape is traveled stably.</p> |
