PURPOSE:To form a grain pattern molding with high strength and an uneven attractive appearance. CONSTITUTION:The surface of film 2 is covered by glass fiber 3 impregnated with a soft clear resin 4. Then particles 5 for the formation of a grain pattern is allowed to attach to the surface of the glass fiber 3, and a tinted gel coat 6 is applied to the particles to form a sheet 1 for the formation of a grain pattern. Next, the sheet 1 is arranged on the surface of a molding die so that the film 2 side of the sheet 1 is oriented to the molding die side, and a molding material is laid on the sheet 1 for molding process. If the molding is completed, the film 2 is peeled off the cured molding. |
