<p>PURPOSE:To enable the body assembling of plural types of automobiles in a common line regardless of the vehicle class. CONSTITUTION:In a body side assembly line, the lower end flange part F and rear end face (e) of a side sill outer S are placed in the same position regardless of the type of automobile, and on the basis of this, positioning is performed to assemble the body side Bs. During the time from the completion of assembling the body side Bs until the time of the body side Bs being put into a body main assembly line, the three-dimensional direction position of the body side Bs is corrected so that the part to be the three-dimensional direction reference position by automobile types in the body main assembly line is placed in a specified position. The assembling reference between the body side assembly line and the body main assembly line is thus made consistent.</p> |
