PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of control by surely judging the trouble of a brake sensor when the detection signal is not inputted from the brake sensor in spite of the fact that the car speed becomes over a prescribed value, during the time from the turning ON to the turning OFF of an ignition key. CONSTITUTION:The car speed is detected by a car spied sensor. The stepping ON of a foot brake is detected by a brake sensor. When the detection signal of the brake sensor is not inputted in spite of the fact that the car speed becomes over a prescribed value, during the time from the turning ON to the turning OFF of an ignition switch, a trouble judging means judges that the brake sensor is in trouble. Accordingly, when the detection signal is not inputted from the brake sensor in spite of the traveling of a vehicle, the trouble of the brake sensor is judged. Accordingly, the trouble of the brake sensor is judged surely, and reliability is improved by allowing control to be set on safety side. |
