The filtering station, with at least one filter sack to collect solids from waste water, especially the waste water from a car cleaning assembly, has an inlet container (B) linked to the filter sack (S) above the mounting (H), with a decreasing clear width (W1,W2) from the top to the bottom. The inflow container (B) has a fluid permeable filter wall section (9) over at least part (T1,T2) of its height. Pref. at least one closure, which can be set into an open or closed position, is between the filter sack and the inflow container, in or above the mounting, with a mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and pref. remote controlled closure such as a slide, flap, valve or tap. At least one guide keeps the water rotating in the container round its vertical axis. At least one feed delivers a precipitating agent into the inflow container, above the filter wall section, connected to the waste water feed to the inflow container and/or linked directly to the container. ADVANTAGE - The filter sack is filled rapidly with solid waste, without damage to the sack, with only a small amt. of water remaining.
