PURPOSE:To apply hydrophilic treatment which is safe for a body and inexpensive and has good productivity and durability by providing a hydrophilic material stuck with a surfactant having a long-chain alkyl group indicated by the specific structural formula and a carbohydrate skeleton on polyolefin nonwoven fabric or a polyolefin porous film. CONSTITUTION:A surfactant having a long-chain alkyl group indicated by the formula and a carbohydrate skeleton is contained 0.1-0.4wt.% in polyolefin nonwoven fabric or a polyolefin porous film to apply the hydrophilic property, where R indicates the long-chain alkyl group (8-22C in straight chain or branch), X indicates a hydrophilic group such as (CH2CH2O)nH, (CH2CH2O)nSO3M, (n) is 0-6, and M indicates an alkali metal such as Na, K. An absorption body is covered with the polyolefin nonwoven fabric or the polyolefin porous film applied with hydrophilic treatment. The hydrophilic treatment which is safe for a body and inexpensive and has good productivity and durability can be applied. |
