<p>PURPOSE:To selectively fix various kinds of voltage multiplier cases, easily exchange them, and reduce manufacturing cost, by fixing a voltage multiplier case to the fixing part of a transformer case so as to be detachable. CONSTITUTION:Right and left fixing protrusion wall parts 23, 23 are formed on the side surfaces of a transformer case 21. Each engaging protrusion 24 is formed on the fixing protrusion wall part 23. Each engaging hole 27 is formed in a voltage multiplier case 26 so as to engage with each engaging protrusion 24 and be able to slide. An engaging hole 28 for positioning is formed below the fixing protrusion wall part 23. An engaging protrusion 29 for positioning is formed below the voltage multiplier case 26. By engaing the engaging parts with each other, the voltage multiplier case 26 can be fixed to the fixing protrusion wall part 23 so as to be detachable.</p> |
