摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To suppress the axial resonance and implement enhancing the stability of a rolling mill and the precision of the plate thickness by making the response frequency of a current control circuit significantly faster than the frequency of the axial resonance in a speed control apparatus for rolling mill provided with a control circuit for torque distribution current in its inner loop. CONSTITUTION:A mechanical system from an electric motor to a roll comprises a transmission pole number 18 from the motor torque to the motor rotational number 19, a torsion transmission pole number 20 by a spring constant of the shaft. a transmission pole number 21 from the roll load torque 23 to the roll rotational number 22, a field constant 24 representing the motor inverted electromotive force from the motor rotational number 19; a motor torque constant 17, an electrical equipment constant 16, current 25, and a roll load torque 23. In this mechanical system, if the response of the minor loop for current control comprising a current controller 13, the electrical equipment constant 16, and a current 25 are made sufficiently fast, the affect of the axial vibration generated in the transmission pole numbers 18, 20, and 21 appears as the variation of the motor rotational number 19, and acts on the inverted electromotive force of the motor, which is transmitted to the current 25 through the field constant 24 and the electrical equipment constant 16. Hence, there is a suppressing effect produced on the axial resonance.</p>
