PURPOSE:To manufacture a solar cell where short circuit breakdown is difficult to occur by a reverse bias voltage at low cost. CONSTITUTION:A P-type region 1 constituting a substrate is surfaced with an N-type region 2. A P<+> type region is provided to contact both the P-type region 1 and the N-type region 2. |
