CONSTITUTION:Smears inside a duct, etc., are removed by spraying a cleaning solution by moving a mobile nozzle 8 throughout the respective internal spaces such as of the air-circulating duct in a solid culture unit 1. Alternately, plural cleaning solution jet nozzles 15 are fixed inside the duct, etc., being divided either in a single fashion or into blocks, and an on-off valve for the cleaning solution is set on each of the blocks, and the cleaning solution is then sprayed at each block, thus carrying out the objective cleaning. |
