MANUFACTURE OF WAX PATTERN FOR CASTING GOLF HEAD

摘要

PURPOSE:To easily and efficiently manufacture a wax pattern having a cavity for casting a golf head with a lost wax method by removing a metallic mold and a core after forming by pouring the wax into the metallic mold setting the core in the inner part. CONSTITUTION:After the core 2 composed of the water soluble wax is fixed into the metallic mold 1, the water insoluble wax 5 is poured in the metallic mold and formed and the above core 2 is dissolved and removed with the water from an exposed part of the core in the formed body 4 taken out from the metallic mold. By this method, the core 2 can easily be dissolved and removed with the water. The deformation and the damage of the wax pattern caused by pulling-out of the core are eliminated. The wax pattern can be manufactured in the high yield and the high productivity.
