发明名称 PRODUCTION OF BASE MATERIAL-RESIN MATERIAL COMPOSITE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To shorten a working process and obtain excellent adhesion, in producing a composite by integrally molding a base material and the resin material superposed on the surface of the base material through an adhesive layer, by using a reactive hotmelt adhesive in the adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:A reactive hot-melt adhesive is applied to the surface of a base material composed of an iron plate, a stainless steel plate, an aluminum plate, a copper plate, a zinc plated steel plate or a tin plated steel plate and cured prior to superposing a resin material on the base material. The adhesive is pref. applied on the surface of the base material in a mesh-like state by spray coating. Next, the base material thus treated is arranged to the mold of an injection molding machine and a resin material such as a thermoplastic resin or a reactive resin is injected to the adhesive coated surface of the base material to produce a base material-resin material composite. As the reactive hot-melt adhesive, a moisture curable hot-melt adhesive using humidity as a curing medium is pref. used.</p>
