<p>PURPOSE:To provide a diagnosis method for a hydraulic device enabling diagno sis to be made while keeping the equipments under operation, and making simple to perform the data processing. CONSTITUTION:A reference value indicating the moved amount of a spool supplied to a hydraulic depressor 4 from a servo mechanism control section 9, and an actual measured value indicating the actual moved amount of the spool are accumulated in a data input section 12. Then, the correlation characteristic between the accumulated reference value and the actual measured value is determined by a data processing/calculation section 13. This correlation characteristic is graphically displayed in a display section 14, or is compared with an abnormality decision value of an abnormality decision section 15. Accordingly, a state of abnormality can be subjected to diagnosis through observation of the correlation characteristic, the load of the computer can be also reduced, and thus diagnosis can be performed on a real-time basis during the operation.</p> |
