PURPOSE:To obtain an oxide superconductor, of which shape and material has the excellent superconducting characteristic such as critical current density and critical current value or the like and which has a large mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic cylinder 2 having a large mechanical strength is bonded to the outside of a hollow oxide superconductive cylinder 1. The ceramic cylinder 2 and the superconductive cylinder 1 are bonded through an reaction preventing material 3 made of thin film of metal and alloy of Ag, Au. Pt, Ni or the like to provide the structure for preventing the chemical reaction of the ceramic cylinder 2 and the superconductive cylinder 1 to be generated at the time of sintering. |
