<p>PURPOSE:To realize the improvement of a beam shape and the reduction in a side lobe level by employing a waveguide with slots at an unequal interval having a tilted equi-phase face. CONSTITUTION:At least part of slot intervals Sn is made unequal in order to make the phase distribution of the radar use slot waveguide to be equi-phase. Thus, a phase of a voltage applied sequentially to each slot is arranged with the equi-phase face having a bias of a tilt theta.</p> |
