PURPOSE:To accurately connect an electromagnetic wave shield with an earth circuit even when terminals are densely formed on a printed board which has the electromagnetic wave shield. CONSTITUTION:A printed circuit 2 is formed at the top of a substrate 1, first and second insulating layers 3a and 3b are formed on the printed circuit 2 and an opening 4a which is round in two-dimension and whose cross-section shape is a reverse wine-cup is formed at the top of the earth circuit 4. Then, an electromagnetic wave shield layer 6 is formed at the top of an insulating layer 3 and the electromagnetic shield layer 6 and each earth circuit 4 are electrically connected by a junction 5 formed through the opening 4a. |
