PURPOSE:To prevent a passer from stumbling on a passage step section of a variable hall and the like by arranging a light leak section on the upper side of a nontransparent long box-shaped main body case having a removable fitting means, and arranging a light emitting element in it. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element 3 such as an LED is arranged in a nontransparent magnetic long box-shaped main body case 2, and power is fed to it via a connector 8 from a power source such as a storage battery. A light leak section 4 such as transparent resin or glass is filled as a pad on the upper side of the case 2. A long plate-shaped magnet 5 is stuck at the position lower by (d) than the upper face of the step section 12 of a variable hall via an adhesive 6 such as a double-sided tape, and a foot lamp 1 is removably fitted to it. The foot lamp 1 is simply fitted to the step section 12 of the variable hall where permanent electric wiring is difficult, to brightly illuminate the step sections 12, and a passer can be prevented from stumbling. |
