摘要 PURPOSE: To reduce a cost, and reduce maintenance by arranging an electrode contact point in a switch contact point passage up to a discharge position from a charge position so that a cardiac defibrillating pulse is supplied when it meshes with a switch contact point, and adjusting a length of the pulse by changing meshing time by changing a length of the electrode contact point. CONSTITUTION: A switch contact point 14 to move between a charge position and a discharge position is formed, and in the charge position, the switch contact point 14 is connected to a high voltage battery 22, and electric charge is supplied to an energy accumulating capacitor 30. When it is released from the charge position, the switch contact point 14 meshes with an electrode contact point 32, and cardiac defibrillating pulse flows to a patient 40. A length of the pulse is charged by changing a length of meshing duration of both contact points. A discharge contact point 42 connected to a discharge resistor 48 is also arranged in a switch contact point passage, and when it meshes with the switch contact point 14, electric charge can be dissipated from the capacitor 30. A cost is reduced, and maintenance is reduced, and it has a replacebale energy source, and can be used in emergency.
