PURPOSE:To provide a carrier for the immobilization of an antibody or antigen to be separated in immunoassay and having little non-specific adsorption of labeled antibody or antigen. CONSTITUTION:The objective carrier for the immobilization of antibody or antigen is produced by thermally welding nickel powder to a thermoplastic resin. Especially, the outer surface of the nickel powder is coated with a polymer having terminal group to bond the antibody or antigen. |
