Plastic bucket with lid has a collar-like spacer and a concealed clamping system. The product has an outer projecting collar holding a centering member, a pressure flange, a sealing lip which stands up axially from the top of the bucket, and a lid with a radially outer centering ridge. It also has a sealing slot formed between the outer ridge, the top flange and the inner ridge. A safety space is between the collar and the wall of the bucket. The sealing lip and the centering member are concealed when the buckets are stacked together. The collar resembles a cylinder with a fixed height partly or completely round the assembly and is open or closed; the collar plus centering member have the same dia. when closed together and they provide one common external cylindrical surface; the centering ridge, the outer ridge plus flange and inner ridge all provide a protection round the sealing slot.
