PURPOSE:To include a document within a ruled line only by inputting minimum format information required by calculating the output positions of ruled line data and document data based upon specified contents and outputting the ruled line data to the output positions. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd calculation means 2, 3 respectively calculated the output positions of ruled line data and document data based upon contents specified by a specification means 1. An output means 4 outputs the ruled line data at the output position calculated by the means 2 and the document data at the output position calculated by the means 3. Namely when paper size or the like is specified from a keyboard 13, a CPU 11 calculates a column pitch, a line pitch, a line position, a column position, etc., and sets up the calculated results in a format area 21-3. At the time of printing out a document, the CPU 11 prints out the document data stored in a document area 21-3 and the ruled line data in a ruled line area 21-2 from a printer 15 in accordance with a set format stored in a format area 21-3. |
