PURPOSE:To transfer plural original images to both right and left sides of transfer paper in order with simple configuration by correspondently storing the original images and the page numbers, reading the original image having the calculated page number of the original image to be formed, and forming the image on the correspondent transfer paper. CONSTITUTION:Originals are carried on a platen and read one by one at an optical system, the original images are recorded in a magnetic tape, and the originals are ejected. A calculating means 501 calculates page numbers a0-d0 of the original images to be transferred onto respective planes (a)-(d) of the transfer paper and further, a reproducing mechanism or the like is set for transferring those images by a printer 9. Next, the original images to be transferred onto the right and left planes (d) and (a) are read out of the tape and temporarily written in a page memory. Those images are read out and transferred onto the transfer paper. The transfer paper is inverted by an inversion guide part. The original images to be transferred onto rear right and left planes (b) and (c) of the transfer paper are read out and temporarily written in the memory 11. Those images are read out and transferred onto the transfer paper. |
